Maria-Tiffany preparing for the Junior Masters

Lichfield is set to play host to the first ever [Junior Golf Masters](http://www.juniormasters.com/?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) competition.

The event – which will raise funds for the [Make a Wish Foundation](http://www.make-a-wish.org.uk/?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) – will take place at Lichfield Golf & Country Club from April 12 to 15.

A spokesperson said: “The Junior Golf Masters competition is designed especially for young boys and girls as a fun and friendly stepping stone, setting them on the right path for their golfing future.

“Our hope is that young golfers will be encouraged to enjoy a taste of competitive play and keep their passion for the game.”
