Lichfield will return to action with a home game against Mellish this weekend.

The Myrtle Greens have not played since before Christmas when they lost out in a derby encounter with Tamworth.

That result saw leaders Long Eaton stretch their lead at the summit to eight points from second placed Lichfield.

The city side will be hoping to close the gap when they entertain tenth placed Mellish tomorrow (6th January).
