# Lichfield’s Cars in the Park event to be “bigger and better” in 2013

The organisers of Lichfield’s Cars in the Park hope this year’s free event will be “bigger and better” than ever.

Cars in the Park

As well as giving visitors the chance to see a variety of vehicles, the showcase – organised by [Lichfield St Chad Rotary](http://www.1060.org.uk/Lichfield-St-Chad?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) – will again raise money for the Midlands Air Ambulance, who received £5,000 from last year’s event.

Taking place on July 6 and 7 in Beacon Park, Cars in the Park will feature displays of classics from owners and car clubs.

Among the new vehicles on show will be models by Dacia, Bentley, Lamborghini, Lexus, Ford, Fiat, Peugeot and Toyota and many other dealerships exhibiting.

Around 1,000 cars will be on display, while JCB will also be demonstrating some of their newest and oldest models.
