A man has been arrested on drugs offences after a police raid in Burntwood.

The 33-year-old from the town was held on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply following a raid at an unnamed property.

A 16-year-old from Birmingham was also arrested at the address just before midday.

Police say the raids are in connection with a crackdown on so-called ‘county lines’ drug dealing operations.
