Chasetown FC have confirmed the signing of Jonathan Adams.

The 31-year-old midfielder has spent time at Hednesford Town and Stafford Rangers this season.

His career began at Leamington, before earning a move to Conference North side AFC Telford in 2008.

Adams was part of the Bucks side which finished fourth and netted twice in an FA Cup tie against Southend United.

He has also appeared for Nuneaton before joining Tamworth last season.
