People in Lichfield and Burntwood are being invited to bounce their way to fitness with new exercises classes.

Boogie Bounce sessions will take place at:

- Darwin Hall on Mondays at 6.30pm
- Burntwood Memorial Institute on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6.30pm.

A spokesperson said: “Boogie Bounce is a complete exercise programme on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart-topping music which includes an extremely effective cardio section, and a really powerful bums, tums and thighs section too.”
