A new exercise class for the over 60s is launching in Lichfield.

Move It or Lose It starts at Wade Street Church Hall on Tuesday (21st March).

Instructor Cat Stuart said:

> “Move It or Lose It aims to improve strength, balance and fitness, as well as being a great place to meet new people and make friends.”
