# New exercise class starting in Lichfield

A new exercise class is starting in Lichfield.

Run by Open Door of Hope, the sessions will take place at the Methodist Centre on Backcester Lane on Mondays from 3pm to 4pm.

“The exercise will include stretching, some light cardio vascular work and lots of endorphin release – and it will be fun!” a spokesperson said.
