A LICHFIELD accountancy firm has appointed a new partner.

The Boss Partnership has promoted Mat Larsen to the role, just two years after joining as practice director.

Logan Khan, the company's founder, said:

> "Mat has made a real difference since the day he joined. Clients trust him because he tells them straight what their numbers mean.
>
> "Making him a partner was an easy decision as he holds the same values as me and can drive the business forward."

Mat added:

> "The Boss Partnership is the firm I'd aspire to build if I started from scratch – great people, a strong brand, outstanding service and real client relationships.
>
> "We're ready for our next phase of growth and ready to help our clients with theirs."
