# New photograph released as search for missing Lichfield woman goes on

Police have released a new image of a missing woman.

Angela Mellor

Angela Mellor, aged 40, went missing from her home on Abnalls Croft at 1.30pm on August 1.

She is white, 5ft 10in tall with a medium build and wears glasses. She has shoulder-length, mousy brown coloured hair and blue eyes.

It is believed Mrs Mellor is wearing an orange and white short sleeved top, possibly with teddy bears on it, calf-length black trousers and a cream fleece jacket.

A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said: “We consider Mrs Mellor to be vulnerable and we are concerned for her welfare.

“Extensive searches are underway to locate her and we would ask that anyone who has seen her, or had any contact, to get in touch.”

Anyone with information is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 748 of August 1.
