# New under-21 manager appointed at Chasetown FC

Chasetown FC have appointed David Knight as their new under-21 team manager.

His arrival was confirmed by the club’s head coach Andy Turner in an [announcement on the club’s website](http://chasetown-fc.com/index.php/component/content/article/5-junior/516-youth-team-news?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk).

Knight has previously taken charge of Blue Square South side Maidenhead United’s youth team and the youth and reserve sides at Zamaretto League outfit Burnham.

Turner said:

> “David has just moved back to the Midlands and I’m sure he’ll be a valuable asset to the club.”

Knight will oversee his new charges when they travel to Tavistock Way to take on Nuneaton Town in the U21 League tomorrow (September 25), kick-off 12.30pm.
