YOGA sessions for men are starting in Burntwood this weekend.

Revive Staffordshire CIC are hosting the classes at their studio on Chasetown High Street from 9.15am from 4th January.

A spokesperson said:

> “In the sessions you can expect to explore ways of building strength and flexibility while also learning techniques to support positive mental health.

> “Profits from the session goes straight to Revive Staffordshire CIC and are reinvested into Burntwood’s yoga studio and community wellness initiatives.”
