# Lichfield Proms in Beacon Park organisers hail atmosphere created by visitors to event

ORGANISERS have hailed the atmosphere created by visitors to the Lichfield Proms in Beacon Park.

The 27th edition of the free event once again featured music from the City of Lichfield Concert Band and the British Police Symphony Orchestra.

A spokesperson for Lichfield District Council said:

> "From the music and singing to the flags, fireworks and some seriously impressive table set-ups, everyone made the park look and feel incredible.
