A PROGRAMME using sport to support young people has been boosted by funding from the operators of the M6 Toll.

Midland Expressway Limited has confirmed that Sports 4 Life has received £1,250 from its In the Community programme.

The money will help provide targeted emotional wellbeing mentoring support to three disadvantaged young people in the West Midlands for 12 months.

Tom Clarke-Forrest, founder and CEO of Sport 4 Life, said:

> “We’re incredibly grateful to M6 Toll for their generous support. This funding will make a real difference by enabling us to provide a full year of dedicated mentoring to young people facing significant challenges with their mental health and wellbeing.
