# Owner of Lichfield distribution centre goes into administration

The future of a Lichfield distribution centre is unknown after its parent company went into administration.

Northern Ireland-based Reflex Mouldings, which makes floor tiles, car numberplates and mats, has been hit by a downturn in the car and construction industry, [according to the Irish Times](http://www.irishtimes.com/newspaper/breaking/2009/0629/breaking62.htm?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk).

The company’s site in Lichfield is believed to distribute floor tiles.

Paul Rooney and Garth Calow, partners in PricewaterhouseCoopers, were appointed as joint administrators of the company.

Mr Rooney said:

> “The company has experienced trading and financial difficulties over recent months, which have contributed to today’s decision. Our immediate priority will be to evaluate the company’s financial position and take a view on the status of the order book and on existing contracts.”
