A WORKING group is exploring proposals to improve signage in a local village.

Members of Whittington and Fisherwick Parish Council are exploring how to improve wayfinding and information.

A spokesperson said:

> “Over the years sign numbers have increased on an ad-hoc basis and have often become unsightly or irrelevant.

> “Many have been removed and the working group is developing signs for each of our main parks containing more relevant information and using common design features.”
