# Pets take centre stage at St Stephen’s Church fete in Fradley

Pets will take centre stage at St Stephen’s Church fete in Fradley.

The event runs from 1pm to 4pm on August 29 in the field opposite the church and features a pet show.

Councillor Joe Powell, chairman of Lichfield District Council will judge the following categories:

- Best Presented Dog
- Best Small Pet (not dog)
- Best Behaved Pet
- Happiest/Cutest Pet

Other events include [Tropical Inc](http://www.tropicalinc.com/?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) displaying their exotic animals and birds, a skittles competition, parachute games and tombola.

Teas, cakes, burgers, a licensed bar and a cake stall will also be available and there will also be displays of paintings in the church and decorative needlework in the Village Hall.
