# Pirate day for children at Chasewater Country Park

Youngsters are being invited to set sail for Chasewater Country Park to take part in a pirate day.

Visitors are urged to dress up in their best high seas outfits at 2pm on September 16 to take part in the Shiver Me Timbers treasure hunt.

Councillor Val Richards said: “This should be a fun event, giving children the opportunity to dress up and follow clues in the beautiful surroundings of Chasewater.”

It costs £1 to take part and there will be judging for the best dressed pirate on the day at 3pm.
