PLANS have been drawn up to build a house on land in Lichfield.

The development has been earmarked for a plot at the rear of 19 Sturgeons Hill.

A planning statement said:

> “The application proposes the demolition of an existing garage and associated structures, and the erection of a single dwelling, with associated parking and landscaping.”
