A new dance and gymnastics studio could open in an industrial unit in Lichfield.

The company’s owner Rebecca Tippins said the move would allow the academy to grow.

“Having premises will be great for my business,” she said in a statement supporting the planning application. “It will provide me with the opportunity to run more classes, more weekend workshops, run birthday parties and get more equipment as we are currently limited due to lack of space.

“I will be bringing a unit back to use for an established small business.”
