Plans have been submitted for 150 new homes in Burntwood.

The proposal for the new two to four bedroom properties on land off Milestone Way were [first revealed last month](//lichfieldlive.co.uk/2016/05/23/developers-draw-up-plans-to-create-another-150-new-homes-in-burntwood/).

A formal application for outline permission has now been submitted to Lichfield District Council.

The development neighbours land where more than 350 new homes already under construction.
