The proposed layout of the new properties

Developers had submitted the proposal to build the two bedroom homes on Holly Grove Lane.

The scheme will see the demolition of number eight to create an improved access to the new properties.

Full details of the proposals can be seen on [Lichfield District Council’s planning website](https://planning.lichfielddc.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails.do?activeTab=summary&keyVal=PVRPW7JEH1E00&ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk).
