# Plans unveiled to turn former Fazeley GP surgery into house

Plans have been drawn up to convert an old GP surgery in Fazeley into a two-bedroom house.

The proposal submitted to Lichfield District Council revealed how the premises at 267 Lichfield Street stopped being used by doctors in May 2012.
