Kenneth Wallbank

A Mile Oak man sentenced to four years imprisonment in his absence from court has been arrested in Solihull by West Midlands Police.

Kenneth Wallbank (54) formerly from Mile Oak was [found guilty](//lichfieldlive.co.uk/2010/03/03/search-for-mile-oak-man-sentenced-to-four-years-in-prison/) for his involvement in defrauding finance companies.

An order was also made at a confiscation hearing under the Proceeds of Crime Act on February 26 at Stafford Crown Court. Mr Wallbank was ordered to pay £682,460 and that £48,768 being a realisable asset following the sale of his former home was ordred to be confiscated.

Mr Wallbank will be appearing before Stafford Crown Court today.
