CAMPAIGNERS aiming to get a pump track built at Chasewater have hosted a Pedal N Picnic event.

More than 30 riders took part in the initiative, which was organised in partnership with We Ride on Bicycles.

A spokesperson said:

> “We had an awesome bike ride all the way around Chasewater. There were also a few stop along the way to take in the beautiful surroundings and to spot deer.

> “Even though it was very rainy and windy, the weather didn’t win we made the most of it.”
