# Seed-gathering walk for families at Chasewater

Families are being invited to join a seed-gathering walk at Chasewater.

Rangers are hosting the event on October 23 from 11am to 2pm, with youngsters invited to make a collage out of the seeds they collect afterwards.

Councillor Val Richards, Lichfield District Council’s cabinet member for leisure services, said: “Families are invited to discover more about nature and the changing season on this free autumnal walk at Chasewater Country Park. I am sure the walk will inspire lots of wonderful artwork. Don’t forget to wrap up warm and wear suitable footwear.”

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The free walk starts from Chasewater Country Park’s Innovation Centre. For more information or to book a place call 01543 370607.
