NEW shared ownership properties are being offered at a development in Lichfield.

Bromford has 22 homes available at David Wilson Homes' Curborough Fields scheme off Netherstowe Lane.

The two- and three-bedroom properties are available with a share of between 25% and 75%. The remaining percentage of the home is then rented, with buyers able to increase the amount they own.

Claire Richardson, head of sales and marketing at Bromford, said:
