Marion Parry and Louise Hay

Shenstone holistic therapist Marion Parry is set to take centre stage and the Mind, Body and Spirit Festival in Birmingham.

She will present her talk *Be Beautiful: Mastering Inner and Outer Beauty* on April 17.

The talk will cover gratitude, positive affirmations, visualisations, daily routine, diet, skincare, inversion therapy, lotions, potions and massage, and if time allows, will also include a meditation session.

The Festival is described as “an uplifting day of joy, inspiration and connection” and runs from April 17 to 18 at Queen Alexandra College in Harborne, Birmingham. It will feature 50 free talks and workshops, many holistic stalls and exhibitors and a festival party in the evening.
