An open meeting to discuss the next production by Lichfield’s Shakespeare in the Park was well attended.

But organisers fear the bad weather last weekend may have kept some hopefuls away.

Director David Titley says anyone wishing information and audition pieces for The Tempest is still welcome to apply.

The production at Maple Hayes runs from June 19 to 22\. Auditions take place at The George Hotel on Sunday April 14.
