YOUNG riders have been battling out in the third round of a cycling competition.

The Neil Lawford Youth Race Series event was held at Curborough Sprint Circuit by Lichfield City Cycling Club.

Youngsters from under eight to under 16 age groups competed on the track in the competition which has seen more than 300 entrants from 34 different clubs across the country.
