# The Full Monty goes ahead in Lichfield after actor steps in

The Full Monty will go ahead at the [Lichfield Garrick](http://www.lichfieldgarrick.com/Shows/Full-Monty/?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) after a local actor stepped in to save the show.

After the original actor dropped out of the role of Horse, [Sutton Coldfield Musical Theatre Company](http://www.scmtc.co.uk/?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk) launched an urgent search for a replacement for the show, which runs from May 19 to 23.

Actor Fidel Lloyd has now stepped in to save the day.

Helen Gilfoyle, from Sutton Coldfield Musical Theatre Company said:

> “This is Fidel’s first musical but he is doing brilliantly and seems to be enjoying himself.”
