The story of the Fab Four will be retold as The Upbeat Beatles come to Lichfield later this month.

The Upbeat Beatles

The journey from the Cavern Club to worldwide stardom will be explored at the Garrick on May 24.

The show will feature projections and a live performance to take the audience on a “magical history tour” of The Beatles’ back catalogue.

A spokesperson said: “From She Loves You to I Am The Walrus and beyond, The Upbeat Beatles will have you dancing in the aisles from the very beginning.

“With breath-taking harmonies, punchy musicianship and an acute attention to detail make for an uncanny resemblance to the originals – plus a touch of good old scouse humour, of course.”
