The tapirs making a splash at Drayton Manor Park

The warmer temperatures have given the park’s tapir’s the chance to take a dip and cool off.

Chris Mitchell, zoo manager at Drayton Manor Park said: “It’s finally bathing season here at Drayton Manor Zoo and our Tapirs have been the first to soak up the rays and cool off in their very own pool.

“They are loving it and it certainly makes a change from dodging the raindrops.”
