Homeowners in Burntwood are being warned to take extra care after a man tried to get into a property in broad daylight.

The incident happened on Collis Close at 3.30pm yesterday (27th April).

PCSO Leon Worden said:

> “We received a report of a man opening a front door while the occupants were inside.
