The weather once again led to frustration for local teams in the Midland Football Combination.

Premier Division side Lichfield City FC were forced to postpone their home game against Coventry Copsewood, while the crunch clash at the top of Division Two between Barton United and Badsey Rangers also bit the dust.

Burntwood Town’s clash with league leaders Paget Rangers was postponed to compete a miserable afternoon for our local Combination clubs.
