The weather means another local bonfire and fireworks display will not go ahead.

Lichfield Rugby Club has [already cancelled its event](https://lichfieldlive.co.uk/rugby-club-cancels-fireworks-and-bonfire-event-amid-weather-concerns/) and now a similar one in Whittington has been postponed.

It had been due to take place on Saturday (4th November).

Organisers have now said it has been postponed due to weather concerns, but say it will go ahead on a new date which is yet to be confirmed.
