THE weather washed out the weekend of local cricket action.

Heavy downpours meant pitches were unplayable in a number of fixtures.

Games called off included Wombourne 2nds v Lichfield, Old Wulfrunians Tettenhall v Hammerwich, Swarkestone v Alrewas and Aldridge 2nds v Whittington.
