Zic Zazou’s unique musical style will be one of the main attractions of the Lichfield Festival.

The French group, who produce sound from a whole host of items, will be at the Lichfield Garrick at 8pm.

Lichfield Cathedral’s Lady Chapel will be the venue for the Endellion String Quartet to combine with poet Wendy Cope for an evening of entertainment.

The vegetable-themed antics of Cirque de Legume will once again be at the Garrick Studio at 8pm, while the MDCC Theatre Company will present Shakespeare’s As You Like It at Stowe House Gardens at 2pm.

Author Lucy Worsley will be at the George Hotel at 2pm to talk about her new work Courtiers: The Secret History of Kensington Palace.

Elsewhere, the Garrick Studio will play host to Teasel Theatre’s Grisly Tales from Tumblewater at 2pm.

People will also play detective when they begin the hunt for Trevor, the Festival’s pig.

Every day the decorated statue will be in a different location across the city.
