# World Cup competition to raise money for Lichfield Scouts

The 6th Lichfield Scout Group has launched a World Cup Prediction competition to help raise money.

Intended as a bit of fun during the upcoming football tournament, players can predict the progress of countries through the tournament earning points when those predictions are accurate.

Entering costs just £2, with £1 going directly to the Scouts and the other £1 going to the prize fund.

Anyone can enter and details of how to do so can be found on the [competition web site](http://wc2010pred.webnode.com/?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk). Note: the competition closes at 5pm on Thursday 10th June.
