Children with their teddy bears at Chasewater Country Park

Youngsters and their teddies have been enjoying a picnic at Chasewater Country Park.

The event, which was organised by Lichfield District Council, included party food, games and a prize for the best dressed teddy.

Harrison Jinks’ bear scooped first place in his Batman costume, winning his family a free round of crazy golf at Beacon Park.

Councillor Val Richards said: “The teddy bears’ picnic looked lots of fun and well done to Harrison for winning first place with his teddy bear.”
