The penultimate day of the Lichfield Festival will feature a performance by the Philharmonia Orchestra.

Their concert at Lichfield Cathedral begins at 7.30pm and features works by Sibelius, Elgar and Beethoven.
Cathedral Close will be sent back in time from 1pm to 4pm as it hosts a vintage tea party, complete with live entertainment and stalls – and visitors are even being invited to come along in vintage style.
There’s another chance to catch Ablutions in the Garrick Studio at 8pm, with the same venue using puppetry, storytelling and song for a children’s production of Knight Time at 2.30pm.
Aerial theatre will be the order of the day for a performance by Ockham’s Razor at the Lichfield Garrick at 8pm.
Meanwhile, the George Hotel plays host to four talks from John Guy (10am), Gillian Shephard (11.45am), Henry Hitchings (2pm) and Matt Rudd (3.45pm).
