AN investigation has been launched after a second cannabis grow was found at Muckley Corner.
Officers had initially discovered drugs after being called to a report of a burglary at Walsall Road on 31st December. A total of 46 cannabis plants were seized.
Then, just after 9.30am on 2nd January, British Gas contacted police to report another suspected incident at a property on the same road.
Officers attended and found the remains of two grows and a stolen Peugeot car outside.
A 58-year-old man from the Lichfield area was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and theft of a motor vehicle. He has been released under investigation while enquiries continue.
