A DEVELOPER is offering a deposit bonus on new apartments in Lichfield.
Elan Homes’ Lorne House scheme off Rotten Way is hoping to boost buyers’ budgets.
The 5% contribution could be worth up to £21,500 for those considering the development as their new home.
Regional sales director Tracey Ball said:
“The idea behind offering a 5% gifted deposit contribution is to help increase the range of mortgage options available to buyers.
“With a deposit boost they may be able to access more competitive interest rates, lower mortgage rates or a shorter mortgage term.”
For more information about the offer and the four available apartments visit the Elan Homes website.
Hmmm…. next to a graveyard, close to a railway line- I would need more than that to tempt me!
They don’t mention the £1700 per year service charge? Like everything else this price will only increase.
Access to/from road is awful & dangerous No wonder offering “Incentives”
I though that was a photo of a prison block.
