STORIES and songs from half a century in the music industry will be served up at a concert in Lichfield.

Tom Robinson and Adam Philips will bring their Then and Now show to The Hub at St Mary’s on 30th January.

Anthony Evans, creative director at the city centre venue, said:

“Tom Robinson is the guy who’s seen it all, done it all and will definitely have the t-shirt.

“We’re thrilled he’s sharing his wit, music and stories with us at The Hub.”

Tom’s first record release was in 1975 as one-third of Cafe Society before going on to success with The Tom Robinson Band and touring with the likes of The Police and The Undertones.

More recently, he’s also showcased the best of new music on his BBC Music Introducing shows as well as serving for a decade on the Ivor Novello Awards committee.

Tickets for the show in Lichfield are £27.50. To book, visit the venue in person or visit thehubstmarys.co.uk.
