Meet Fred ready to challenge perceptions of puppetry at the Lichfield Garrick

A new show at the Lichfield Garrick is set to challenge perceptions of puppetry.

Fred is a two-foot tall cloth puppet with a wicked wit and real life problems. Threatened with losing his Puppetry Living Allowance, his life begins to spiral out of control.

A spokesperson said: “Packed full of first-rate theatrical invention, irreverent revelling, and with an urgent human story at its heart, Meet Fred is a real marvel.”
