Four new homes could be built on a car park in Hammerwich.
Plans have been submitted for the two bedroom properties on land at the junction of Burntwood Road and Pingle Lane.
A statement supporting the formal planning application says: “The siting of the proposed dwellings will be consistent with the existing pattern of residential development and would not therefore cause harm to the character and appearance of the area.”
