Two goals in each half saw Chasetown put Stafford Town out of the Walsall Senior Cup at The Scholars Ground.
It took a while for the breakthrough to come, but eventually Ryan Shaw put the hosts in front with a top class effort into the roof of the net.
Chasetown doubling their lead shortly afterwards when Danny Glover teed up skipper Jack Langston.
Glover added a third on 79 minutes to see off any hope of a comeback from the visitors.
He then netted his second and Chasetown’s fourth in stoppage time with the last kick of the game.
