- Please provide your name, organisation (if any), email address and phone number and the wording of your announcement in the message field. We will use your email in case we have any queries.
- When your announcement or small ad is confirmed, an invoice will be sent and your announcement or small ad will be included in the next edition of The Lichfield and Burntwood Independent newspaper after payment is received. Payment can be via debit/credit card using the link on the invoice or via bank transfer. We are unable to accept cash payments.
- Lichfield Community Media C.I.C. reserves the right to refuse any classified advert or family announcement for any reason, and in particular any that are offensive, defamatory, illegal or discriminatory will not be accepted.
- The person placing the classified advert or family announcement is responsible for the accuracy of submitted details and Lichfield Community Media C.I.C. accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the submitted details.
- For death and funeral notices, Lichfield Community Media C.I.C. may request details of the funeral director or for a copy of the death certificate to confirm the passing.
- By submitting a classified advert or family announcement, consent is given for the classified advert or family announcement to be published in The Lichfield and Burntwood Independent newspaper and on associated digital platforms, including the Lichfield Live website.
- If a photograph is submitted, the person submitting the photograph warrants that they own the copyright, or have the express permission of the copyright holder to use it, and that Lichfield Community Media C.I.C. has permission to use the photograph without charge.
