A REFORM councillor is now sitting as an independent member of Lichfield City Council.
Cllr Dean Robertson became the first member of the party to win a seat on Lichfield City Council when he won a Stowe ward by-election in February 2025.
At the time of his victory, Reform UK said his success had "helped to establish the grassroots" of the party in Lichfield.
However, his listing on the Lichfield City Council website no longer lists him as a representative of the party.
Cllr Robertson has not responded to requests for comment about the change.
But a Reform UK spokesperson said:
"Cllr Robertson has been suspended from Reform UK pending investigation."
