Parents of children in Staffordshire with special educational needs are being failed by policy decisions and an application process that’s unfair, according to a Lichfield Labour election candidate.
A lack of communication with residents and an allegation of sharing untrue information on Facebook are among the complaints about county councillors to be investigated during the past year.
